The hydraulic cylinder can not drive the load when working, mainly manifested as the piston rod stop is not allowed, insufficient thrust, speed decline, unstable work, etc., the reasons are:

(1) Inner leakage, including cylinder seal, piston rod and seal cover seal and piston seal are caused by excessive wear leakage.

The cause of sealing leakage of piston rod and seal cover is: seal wrinkle, extrusion, tear, wear, aging, deterioration, deformation, etc., at this time, a new seal should be replaced.

The main causes of excessive piston seal wear: improper adjustment of the speed control valve, resulting in excessive back pressure and improper installation of seals or hydraulic oil contamination. The second is that foreign bodies enter the assembly and the quality of sealing materials is not good. The result is that the action is slow and weak, and in serious cases, it will cause damage to the piston and the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder, and the phenomenon of "pulling the cylinder" appears. The treatment method is to adjust the speed control valve, and the required operation and improvement should be done according to the installation instructions.

(2) Leakage of hydraulic circuit, including leakage of valve and hydraulic pipeline. The inspection method is to check and eliminate the leakage of the hydraulic connection line by manipulating the reversing valve.

(3) The hydraulic oil passes back to the oil tank through the relief valve. If the relief valve enters the dirt and jams the spool, so that the relief valve is normally open, the hydraulic oil will flow directly back to the oil tank through the relief valve bypass, resulting in no oil entering the hydraulic cylinder. If the load is too large, although the regulating pressure of the relief valve has reached the larger rating, the cylinder block still cannot get the thrust required for continuous action without action. If the regulating pressure is low, the pressure is not enough to reach the required thrust, which is not enough thrust, and the relief valve should be checked and adjusted.
