The hydraulic lifting device for storage tank construction is a typical mechatronic integrated product, mainly composed of a pumping station, an operation console and a working mechanism. The pumping station includes electric motors, axial piston variable pumps, oil tanks, etc., providing the required pressure oil for the hydraulic lifting device of the storage tank construction. 


The operation of the device is all concentrated on the operation console. On the instrument panel of the operation console, there are oil replenishment pressure gauges, brake pressure gauges, control pressure gauges, etc. In addition, there are also control oil pump start and stop button switches, emergency stop buttons, etc. The horizontal panel of the operation console is equipped with a control handle, and an emergency brake foot switch is installed at the bottom of the operation console. The working mechanism includes the main shaft device, disc brake, indicator, hydraulic motor, etc. Through the rotation of the drum on the main shaft device, the steel wire rope is retracted and extended, thereby achieving the lifting and lowering of personnel and materials.


Poor sealing led to the damage of the motor of the hydraulic lifting device for the storage tank construction


1. Reason


Due to the poor sealing of the hydraulic lifting motor itself and the occurrence of leakage, water or other corrosive liquids or gases enter the motor interior, causing single-point to ground, phase-to-phase or inter-turn short circuits, which in turn leads to local burning of the motor windings.


2. Countermeasures


The process and mechanical equipment should eliminate the phenomenon of leakage and spillage as much as possible. When conducting maintenance, ensure proper sealing of each part of the motor, apply grease to the bolts, and install protective covers at junction boxes and other locations. For motors operating in this environment, the minor and medium repair cycles should be shortened. In severe cases, medium repairs should be carried out in a timely manner.


 


Second, local damage to the windings leads to motor damage


1. Reason


Due to the long end of the winding or local damage, it rustles against the end cover or other accessories, resulting in local burning of the winding.


2. Countermeasures


When the lifting motor is under maintenance, no rigid object is allowed to touch the windings, and the rotor must be lifted to prevent the stator and rotor cores from rubbing against each other. When using open flames, isolate the windings from the open flames and ensure a certain distance. Before reinstalling the motor, a careful and meticulous inspection of the integrity of the windings should be carried out.


 


Three. Motor damage due to long-term operation


1. Reason


Due to the long-term overload or overheating operation of the hydraulic lift machine, the aging of the winding insulation accelerates, and the carbonization of the insulation weak points causes inter-turn short circuits, phase-to-phase short circuits or ground short circuits, etc., resulting in local burning of the winding.


2. Countermeasures


Try to avoid overloading the motor. Ensure that the motor is clean and has good ventilation and heat dissipation. Avoid frequent starts of the motor.


 


Iv. Motor damage caused by insulation damage


1. Reason


The motor winding insulation of the hydraulic lifting device for storage tank construction is affected by mechanical vibration, causing poor phenomena such as loosening between turns and insulation cracks in the winding. The destructive effect accumulates continuously. Thermal expansion and contraction cause the winding to be frictional, thereby accelerating insulation aging, leading to insulation damage and eventually burning out the winding.


2. Countermeasures


Try to avoid frequent starts of hydraulic lifting machinery, especially high-voltage motors. Ensure that the vibration values of the dragged equipment and motor are within the specified range.
