This is because if air enters and is not cleaned in time, the oil in the cylinder mixes with the air, which may cause the piston of the equipment to be unstable, resulting in the phenomenon of wobbling.

To solve this problem, you need to exhaust the air in the hydraulic cylinder in advance. This, of course, needs to be accomplished through ventilation equipment. Ventilation equipment is usually placed at the upper end of the hydraulic circuit of the machine. In the case of casting equipment, a straight device is required.

In this case, because of the mixing of air, perhaps the machine will run at an abnormal speed, and the sealing components may be incinerated due to the high temperature stroke of the equipment. Therefore, in casting machinery, the exhaust equipment is generally set in the cylinder barrel below the piston.

After installing the exhaust equipment, proper adjustment is required to accomplish the desired exhaust function. The steps for hydraulic cylinder exhaust are as follows:

1, first reduce the operating pressure to the appropriate scale, and then start;

2, in the piston reciprocating stroke, check the machine vibration, creeping condition is serious;

3, when the piston alternates, the gauze will seal the air outlet, together with turning over the exhaust valve to complete the exhaust.
