In terms of working mechanism, the system typically consists of hydraulic jacks, a power unit, a control system, and supporting fixtures. First, the jacks are installed symmetrically around the tank base and connected to the power unit through oil pipes. When the system is activated, the power unit delivers high-pressure oil to the jacks, pushing their pistons upward to lift the tank components. The control system monitors the pressure and displacement of each jack continuously, automatically correcting any deviations to maintain synchronization.
Practically, the oil tank hydraulic lifting system is particularly suitable for large-scale oil tanks with diameters exceeding 20 meters and heights over 15 meters. It has been widely applied in petrochemical plants, oil depots, and other energy-related projects worldwide. By optimizing the construction process and minimizing potential safety hazards, this system plays a crucial role in promoting the reliability and stability of oil storage infrastructure.
