The hydraulic power unit is connected to multiple hydraulic cylinders through an external pipeline system to control the operation of multiple valves.
The hydraulic power unit (HPU) is used as an oil supply device. It is connected to multiple hydraulic cylinders through an external pipeline system to control the operation of multiple valves. The fuel tank, oil pump and energy storage device constitute a separate and closed power oil source system. The gas station can be equipped with a PLC control system, which controls all the internal hydraulic actions and generates signals for exchange with the control room (DCS). Control components such as hydraulic servo valves are directly installed on the hydraulic cylinder.
Through this valve, high-pressure oil is forced into the cylinder or released from it. Under normal conditions, the oil pump supplies oil to the system and automatically maintains the rated pressure of the system. According to the locking of the control valve, the position holding function of the valve in any position is completed. Under working conditions, the hydraulic actuator is controllable by the solenoid valve.
The system command signal makes the solenoid valve act, controlling the oil pressure and the energy release of the energy storage device, thereby controlling the cylinder slide valve. The valve is driven by the mechanical transmission mechanism to implement rapid closing, normal opening and closing, and experimental control. The high-pressure oil cylinder can be fixed on the valve seat or directly used as an actuator. The excess gear oil is returned to the hydraulic oil station. In this way, the pipeline system can control several parallel connected valves with one inlet pipe and one return pipe.
This type of hydraulic station with unique drive technology is used to control the actuator actions of the main steam valve and the steam turbine bypass system. The power unit is specially optimized for various application scenarios, such as being suitable for truck operation in harsh environments, long-term heavy object handling conditions, and other places that require high-performance and high-quality products.
