Hydraulic system installation, debugging and maintenance (1)

Technical preparations before installation

1. Preparation and familiarization of technical data

Hydraulic system schematic diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams, piping layout diagrams, hydraulic components, auxiliary parts, pipe fitting lists and related component samples, etc., should be prepared in full so that engineers and technicians can be familiar with and study the specific content and technical requirements one by one.

2. Material preparation

According to the hydraulic system diagram and hydraulic parts list, check the quantity of hydraulic parts and confirm the quality condition of all hydraulic components. Strictly check the quality of the pressure gauge, find out the date of delivery of the pressure gauge, and re-calibrate the pressure gauge that has been inspected for too long to ensure accuracy.

3. Quality inspection

Hydraulic components are easily contaminated and rusted during transportation or inventory. Excessive storage time will cause the seals in the hydraulic components to age and lose their tightness. Some hydraulic components cannot perform well due to poor processing and assembly quality, so you must The components undergo strict quality inspections.

（A) Quality inspection of hydraulic components

1. The models of various hydraulic components must be consistent with the component list

2. To find out whether the storage time of hydraulic components is too long, or the storage environment is not up to the requirements, attention should be paid to the aging degree of the internal seals of the hydraulic components, and if necessary, disassemble, wash, replace, and perform performance tests. 

3. The adjustment screw, adjustment handwheel, lock nut, etc. on each hydraulic component must be intact. 

4. The surface quality of the seals attached to the hydraulic components should meet the requirements, otherwise they should be replaced. 

5. The connection plane of the plate-type connecting element is not allowed to be defective. The machining accuracy of the groove size for installing the seal must comply with the relevant standards. 

6. The connecting thread of the tubular connecting element is not allowed to be damaged or snapped. 

7. The connection plane of the plate valve installation bottom plate is not allowed to have uneven defects, and the connection thread is not allowed to be damaged or snapped. 

8. Remove the plug of the oil passage and check whether the inside of the component is clean. 

9. Check the quality of the solenoid core and appearance in the solenoid valve. If there is any abnormality, it is not allowed to use it. 

10. The accessories on each hydraulic component must be complete.

（B) Quality inspection of hydraulic accessories

1. The fuel tank must meet the specified quality requirements. The accessories on the fuel tank must be complete. The inside of the tank is not allowed to be rusty, and the inside of the tank must be cleaned before filling. 

2. The oil filter model specifications must be consistent with the design requirements. Confirm the accuracy level of the filter element. The filter element must not be defective, the connecting screw must not be damaged, and the accessories must be complete. 

3. The appearance quality of all kinds of seals should meet the requirements, and the storage period of the seals should be ascertained. Seals that are abnormal or have a long storage period are not allowed to be used. 

4. The quality of the accumulator must meet the requirements, and the accessories must be complete. Find out the storage period, and strictly check the quality of accumulators that have been stored for too long. Accumulators that do not meet the technical indicators and use requirements are not allowed to be used.
