3 matters needing attention


Since the booster cylinder is often in high-speed operation, it is easy to cause the machine to wear, so it should be operated according to the operation manual. The working temperature of the booster cylinder is about -5℃~60℃, and the operating speed is 50~1000mm/s, in order to ensure the pressure increase. For normal operation of the cylinder, the following points should be paid attention to during use:


keep clean

Before connecting the booster cylinder to the gas path, please remove the dust and other debris in the pipeline and components first, so as not to reduce the service life of the booster cylinder.


Use within normal air pressure range

When the cylinder is in normal use, the working pressure must be in accordance with the working pressure range specified in the inspection report, and shall not exceed the specified working pressure.


Pay attention to the working environment of the booster cylinder

The temperature in the working environment of the cylinder has been determined during the design. If the working environment needs to be changed due to the work, the temperature must be contacted by the relevant technical personnel of the booster cylinder.

As part of the components in the cylinder are made of iron, please do not use them in a particularly complex environment (if there is a chemical substance contact environment), and please install effective air handling components at the front of the cylinder ( Three-point combination) add lubrication and drain treatment when connected in parallel.


Do not add other hydraulic oil without authorization

The hydraulic oil medium selected for the design of the booster cylinder is VG68# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and it is irrevocable to change to other liquid medium (such as oil, water, etc.) without authorization.


Must follow the procedure

The action program must work in accordance with the action program of the gas circuit assembly diagram, that is, pre-pressure action-pressurization action, pressurization release-pre-pressure reset


Pay attention to maintenance and frequently check the operation of the booster cylinder

In order to avoid the excessive pressure of the cylinder during pressurization and damage your mold or workpiece, please install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of the pressurization section of the pressurization cylinder to effectively protect your products.

In order to ensure the stability of the booster cylinder, it is recommended to install an air reservoir in parallel between the triplex and the booster cylinder as much as possible.

When using the booster cylinder for more than 50,000 times or more than half a year, it is recommended to replace all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder once to improve the service life and working life of the cylinder. (End)
