Different brands of hydraulic oil must not be mixed

When hydraulic oils of different brands are mixed together, they will not be able to exert the performance of the hydraulic oil, and will produce sediments, which will greatly reduce the output power. If you use different brands of hydraulic oil, you should carefully clean the oil tank and piping system, and then replace all the oil.

The influence of contaminated impurities in hydraulic oil on hydraulic oil

1. Sticking or blocking the filter holes, making it difficult to operate the hydraulic pump and causing noise;

2. Blocking the orifice and throttle gap of the component affects the accuracy of the working mechanism;

3. Accelerate the aging of hydraulic oil;

4. Accelerate the corrosion and wear of hydraulic components;

5. Causing cavitation, especially when the suction pipe cannot absorb oil.

The influence of dust

Once the impurities in the oil block the suction filter, it will cause cavitation in the pump, accelerate the wear of the sliding part of the pump, and eventually cause damage. In addition, the sliding parts or orifices of various control valves are blocked by impurities, which will cause unstable operation and reduce the original function.

Water hazards

1. Since "oil and water" are incompatible, the two cannot be mixed together. Sometimes, water mixed into the oil will make the oil turbid.

2. The water in the hydraulic oil will accelerate the rust and corrosion of the machine, shorten the life of the oil, and at the same time reduce the viscosity, deteriorate the oil quality, and cause problems such as poor lubrication.

Filtration of dust and water

1. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil filter element;

2. When refueling or changing oil, avoid entering dust and water;

3. Clean the water in the fuel tank regularly, and discharge it at least once every 250 hours;

4. When hydraulic oil drums are stored in an open-air warehouse, they should be lined with sleepers, and the two sleepers should be kept level.

Change hydraulic oil regularly

1. No matter how good the quality of hydraulic oil is, its performance cannot remain unchanged forever. During use, it may deteriorate due to overheating or be contaminated by foreign matter.

2. In addition to deteriorating performance of hydraulic oil, the organic acid or sludge generated by the deterioration can also cause corrosion and rust of hydraulic equipment, causing malfunction of hydraulic components and other malfunctions.
