Hydraulic solenoid valves for presses are components used to control the pressure, flow and direction of the fluid in a hydraulic transmission. 

Among them, the pressure control valve is known as pressure control valve, according to its use is divided into relief valve, pressure reducing valve and sequence valve. 

(1) Relief valve: when the set pressure is reached, it can control the hydraulic system to maintain a constant state. 

The relief valve used for overload protection is called a safety valve. 

When a system failure occurs and the pressure rises to a limited value that may cause damage, the valve port will open and overflow to ensure the safety of the system.

Among them, pressure control valves are known as pressure control valves and are categorized into relief valves, pressure reducing valves, 

and sequence valves according to their purpose.


(1) Relief valve: when the set pressure is reached, it can control the hydraulic system to maintain a constant state. 

The relief valve used for overload protection is called a safety valve. When a system failure occurs and the pressure rises to a limited value that may cause damage, 

the valve port will open and overflow to ensure the safety of the system.

 (2) Pressure Reducing Valve: It can control the branch to obtain a stable pressure lower than the main circuit oil pressure. According to the different pressure functions they control, pressure reducing valves can be divided into constant value pressure reducing valves (constant output pressure), 

constant differential pressure reducing valves (constant difference between input and output pressures) 

and constant ratio pressure reducing valves (input and output pressures are kept in a certain ratio).


(3) Sequence valve: It can make an actuator (such as hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, etc.) move, and then make other actuators move in sequence. The pressure generated by the oil pump first pushes the hydraulic cylinder 1 to move, and at the same time acts on the area A through the inlet of the sequence valve. When hydraulic cylinder 1 moves completely, the pressure rises and the upward thrust acting on area A is greater than the setting value of the spring, and the valve spool rises to connect the inlet port with the outlet port, thus moving hydraulic cylinder 2.


 

Press hydraulic valve cleaning steps:


First, the hydraulic valve of the press is designed for non-disassembly, forced disassembly and assembly is likely to damage the hydraulic valve. 

Therefore, before disassembly, you should know the structure of the hydraulic valve of the press and the connection between parts,

 and record the positional relationship between parts during disassembly.


Second, after disassembly, check the accumulation of dirt on the valve body, spool and other parts of the press, and clean up the concentrated dirt with cotton gauze,

 brushes and non-metallic scrapers.


 Third, use hydraulic oil or working test oil to clean the hydraulic valves of the press; however, kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, 

steam or other liquids should not be used to prevent corrosion of the hydraulic parts, pipes, tanks and seals.


 


Fourth, in the cleaning process, the valve body of the press and the spool and other parts should be placed on the tray of the cleaning box, 

that is, hot immersion, and the introduction of compressed air to the bottom of the cleaning tank, through the churning of the bubbles to clean the residual dirt. 

If conditions permit, ultrasonic cleaning can be used; non-metallic hammers can be tapped on the oil pipe, 

the oil pipe can be continuously tapped to remove the accessories in the pressure pipe.


 


Fifth, according to the hydraulic assembly diagram or the parts transfer relationship diagram recorded during disassembly, 

after cleaning the hydraulic valve of the press, be careful not to damage the parts in the assembly process. 

The original sealing material is easily damaged during disassembly and should be replaced during assembly.
