Measures to prevent hydraulic system leakage:

 

In order to prevent and control the leakage of the hydraulic system of the loader, strengthening the management of hydraulic oil and standardizing the maintenance and repair procedures are important ways to control the pollution of the hydraulic oil and ultimately prevent the leakage of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the following three aspects of management must be strengthened in actual project construction:

 

Choose hydraulic oil reasonably and standardize storage and transportation management of hydraulic oil

 

(1) There must be a reasonable management organization and strict rules and regulations to strengthen the selection and management of hydraulic oil and hydraulic components.


(2) Newly purchased hydraulic oil should be sampled and inspected, and only allowed to be put into inventory after the test is qualified. Inventory hydraulic oil should be sampled regularly. If it does not meet the performance indicators, it is not allowed to be used.


(3) Different brands of hydraulic oil should be stored separately, and mixing or discharging is strictly prohibited to prevent mixing.


(4) Regular quality inspections are carried out, and only hydraulic oil that meets the specified requirements can be shipped out of the warehouse.


(5) Filter the hydraulic oil before use to ensure that the impurity content of the hydraulic oil meets the specified requirements.

 

Strictly abide by the warranty regulations to ensure the quality of the warranty

 

First of all, we must strictly follow the loader hydraulic system warranty regulations and regularly maintain the loader hydraulic system. Secondly, in the process of maintaining, repairing and assembling the hydraulic components of the loader, strictly follow the specified requirements to prevent the hydraulic oil from being contaminated and prevent the mixing of dust, water and air. At the same time, strictly control the processing accuracy, surface roughness and reduce the fit gap and assembly error to prevent damage to the surface of the component due to improper operation and cause leakage.

 

Clarify job responsibilities and strengthen protection in use

 

(1) The loader randomly establishes a registration card to record the name and brand of hydraulic oil to be used, and indicate the date and quantity of each refueling or oil change to avoid mixing of hydraulic oil during work.


(2) Clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter element regularly according to the regulations of the instruction manual, combined with the actual usage, and check the hydraulic oil level every day. If it is insufficient, it should be supplemented in time. At the same time, remove the air in the hydraulic system according to the mechanical manual to prevent hydraulic oil pollution and leakage.


(3) Regularly analyze the oil samples of the hydraulic oil according to the conditions of use. If the oil pollution is found to be serious, the cause should be found out immediately and eliminated in time.


(4) Control the working temperature of the hydraulic oil (the maximum temperature of the system does not exceed 80°C, and the temperature in the hydraulic oil tank does not exceed 60°C). The increase in oil temperature will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the hydraulic oil, and the life of the oil will be greatly shortened, and the oil will be oxidized and deteriorated. The acidic substances in the pumps and motors have a corrosive effect. The seals are aging and deformed, and the mating surface is thermally deformed, increasing wear and tear, resulting in increased leakage.


(5) When troubleshooting the hydraulic system, follow the specifications, keep it clean, prohibit dismantling and placing in disorder, and prevent pollutants from entering the hydraulic system. After assembly, cleaning and performance tests must be carried out. On the one hand, the repair quality can be tested, and on the other hand, impurities can be cleaned. All hydraulic pipelines should be protected and sealed.


(6) Regularly check the pressure, flow and temperature of each detection point of the hydraulic system to prevent the hydraulic system from working under abnormal pressure and temperature for a long time, which can reduce the wear of the hydraulic system, prevent internal leakage and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

 

The leakage problem of the loader's hydraulic system is the result of multiple comprehensive influences. It is not possible to simply, traditionally and passively strengthen the seal, but to systematically eliminate the root cause of the leakage and take effective measures to control it. Proceed from the factors affecting the leakage of the hydraulic system, and take reasonable measures to minimize the leakage of the hydraulic system. Especially in the process of use, the personnel engaged in the management, operation and maintenance of the loader should strengthen their sense of responsibility, based on prevention, and minimize the leakage of the loader's hydraulic system.
