The harm of mixed air in hydraulic system and the corresponding preventive measures
We all know that there must be no free air in the hydraulic system. The air will have a bad effect on the operation of the hydraulic system. What are the specific hazards to the hydraulic system?
[I]. Harm of air mixing in hydraulic system:
1, the hydraulic oil into the air, in some conditions will escape from the oil, produce bubbles and the formation of holes, to the high pressure area, under the impact of the pressure oil, these bubbles and soon broken, and dramatically compressed and make the system produce noise.
2. When the gas in the oil is suddenly compressed, it will release a lot of heat, causing local overheating, so that the hydraulic components and hydraulic oil are damaged.
3. Because of the compressibility of the air, the working organs of the hydraulic system crawl, destroy the stability of the work, sometimes even cause vibration, affecting the normal work of the machine tool.
4. If a large number of bubbles are mixed into the system, it is also easy to cause oil deterioration, thus reducing the service life of hydraulic oil
[II]. Measures to prevent air from entering the hydraulic system
1) In the design of the oil level mark of the tank, it is also necessary to ensure that the suction pipe and return pipe mouth at the lowest oil level should also be ensured below the liquid level, and should be separated by a partition board. At the same time, the amount of oil filled with oil should be considered when the first refueling.
2) Prevent external gas from entering the system. Check whether the amount of oil in the tank is normal frequently during use to avoid the occurrence of empty suction phenomenon. The height of the liquid level in the tank shall be kept at the oil marking line.
3) During each maintenance and installation, it is necessary to remember to exhaust the hydraulic components and air in the pipeline, and the suction pipe and pump body should be filled with oil to keep the pipe sealed well.
4) During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to check whether the oil suction filter is blocked regularly to avoid the phenomenon of air separation caused by low pressure of the oil suction port due to poor oil suction.
5) The pipe joint should be kept well sealed, especially the suction pipe line. If the seal is not good, air will be sucked into the hydraulic system
6) When the actuator with large inertia stops suddenly or reverses direction during movement, holes will be formed in the oil inlet cavity. In order to prevent the formation of holes, an oil filling circuit should be set up.
7) Each part of the system should be kept full of oil, the method is to install a check valve at the outlet of the hydraulic pump, the back pressure valve is set on the oil return circuit;
